Daniel Lacoste, founder and President, holds an M.Sc. from Université de Montréal and has more than fourteen years’ experience in executive search. Over the years, Daniel has worked at the two largest agencies specializing in worldwide executive search, playing an active role in recruitment in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical field and natural resources.

 In the course of these fourteen years, Daniel has worked on mandates for companies of all sizes, ranging from small and medium businesses to multinationals, as well as all levels of government and crown corporations.
